Scale doesn't recognize igpu

I have a 11th gen i7 with Intel® UHD Graphics 750. I can run the Server solely on the iGpu. But I added a Nvidia RTX A2000.
Trying to get Plex to use the nvidia for transcoding and when I go to isolate gpu. I get the old

Why doesn't it see the iGPU when doing this? Its not even listed.

I do have Plex settings turned on.

Plex is the only App running and Kuber does have "enable gpu support" turned on.

I would like the a2000 used solely for the transcoding if possible. as the iGPU is enough to display truenas scale

Shouldnt there be a (hw) after transcode to mean its using the GPU?

So this may or may not help, but I've encountered this issue with my iGPU running my server headless, for me I had to plug in a monitor and reboot to get it to pick up. You can buy HDMI dummy plugs on Amazon, which is what I'm doing now rather than having a monitor plugged in.
