SMB shortcut desktop icon disappearing after a while

Hi all, I run a TrueNAS server for quite a while, and to better facilitate the access between the folders I mostly use, I've created some shortcuts with custom icons on my desktop.

It's been a few months that I got this small yet annoying bug/issue where the custom icon displays correctly when I first turn on my PC, but then after some time the shortcut icons gets lost, displaying the default blank icon like when you have a file which you don't have a program to open with, except for one for some reason... I usually solve the issue by manually restarting explorer.exe, but this is now becoming quite annoying to do every single time. Of course I've been looking online if someone had my same issue and found absolutely nothing about it.

Is this a problem with TrueNAS or there's something else?

I already have the mapped drive on my system, but I meant the shortcut to single folders inside the NAS:

For some reason, only the "draws" folder icon works, while the "mods" one disappears after a few minutes like this
