Currently running FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6 (561f0d7a1). Have had this system for several years with incremental updates along the way. I've always had buggy SMB permissions. As a sysadmin I know a descent amount about permissions but this thing has been driving me crazy lately. I'm trying to map a network drive from a windows 10 machine. I can map it from one machine with a specific user account with read/write permissions. I go to the other machine and use the same account for the same share and get an invalid username/password error. If I turn on guest access I can read but I need read/write for this machine.

Any help would be most appreciated. What logs or details are needed to get moving in the direction of an answer?

Already watched the video before posting. Followed instructions substituting my own share names and user accounts. As I said in the original post I have access on one computer but not another when mapping the drive in the exact same way. Both windows 10.
