I have had Freenas up and running without issue for over three years now, current on 11.2 U7
About 2pm eastern time today suddenly I nor my wife can no longer access our shared folders via windows explorer, we are told that we do not have permissions. I did not make any changes prior to today and I admit I lost my head and tried various thing to fix it afterwards to no avail and probably made it worse.
Is there some way to either fix it or to reset all permissions, delete all users and start again from scratch?
I have read through various forum posts and freenas documentation but I am unable to find word for word step by step how to reset permissions (which I am guessing are the issue) to factory defaults and start again.
