Slow 10GB Nic speed

We recently lost the ability for anyone to authenticate into our NAS except for a single Windows box. The slow
transfer speed seems to be a part of the same problem. Don't know the cause for the slow down anyone available to help?
Software version FreeNAS-9.10.2-U1
Server: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz,
Storage: 40 Terrabytes
Memory: 65497MB

There's really nothing to go on here. I'm assuming that you've tried rebooting the server. Did anything change with the server or the network? Any updates? (Hardware/software/otherwise)

Are you authenticating against a domain? Have you tried removing and re-adding the domain? Have you checked logs when you attempt to authenticate? Have you tried with a default config? Are your drives/pools fine?
