Setting Permissions on a Network Windows Share?

Hey All,
So I have more Volume setup with Permissions on the Overall Volume. I have also gone ahead and added several different Network Shares, for the different groups I have put together. Now how and where do I set the permissions for the Network Shares? I am not seeing a location where I can say give group A full permission to Network Share X.
