Is there a simple jail or docker for Rtorrent? Preferably with this user interface https://github.com/jfurrow/flood

How do I install it, just type in "docker pull xeroxmalf/rtorrent-flood-freenas" in SSH?

You need to follow the steps in the manual to setup your docker VM, then you can go into that VM and do as you suggest. (section 14.5 in the guide, top right in the old UI)

You will need to learn a bit about how docker and storage works in FreeNAS 11 (NFS share to the VM, then mapping that into the docker container as part of the docker run statement).
