Flood UI rtorrent wont start

I had just did a fresh install of the rtorrent-flood plugin on my TrueNAS-12.0-U8 system, I have made no changes to it. The version of the plugin is 12.2-RELEASE-p9. I am unable to access the web UI. I checked the flood.log in /home/rtorrent_flood/flood/ and all I see is "

"
I don't know what file or directory it is referring to.
