Replaced bad drive, pool is still degraded

i am running version FreeNAS-9.10.2-U6 (561f0d7a1) with 32 gig ecc ram
I just replaced a bad drive and it finished resilvering and now it gave me this

any ideas ?

Are you sure you replaced the correct drive?

Did you test the NEW drive BEFORE replacing the old drive?

Well if you are sure you replaced the correct drive then it looks like you have another dead drive. Identify what drive it is and see if you can get some smart info from it. You are running smart tests correct?
