Re-add hard disks without a reboot

I've been using Freenas 9.2.1 with img.xz installation on a thumb disk. The server is equipped with a dozen of WD green disks. When I detached an enclosure which installed 2 disks and push them back again, the system just cannot find one of the disks. The error message is attached in the pic showing that da6 appears as normal but missing da7 due to some failures. I tried it twice and ended up with both disks disappeared. Anyone ever encountered the error and any help would be appreciated.

We need to know what your hardware is, otherwise there's not much beyond random guessing that we can do. We also need to know exactly (to the best of your knowledge) what happened under what conditions.
