Problem with my first installation - "Reboot and select..."

Hi there,

I used pieces of an old server, ordered second hand stuff and here I am :

RAM : 4X SX8GDDR3R1333
CPU : Xeon E5-1607V2
GPU : Quadro FX3450
SSD : WD Green 120Go Internal SSD M.2 SATA
on a Kllsire X79

It does boot, I get to the Bios but when I try to install TrueNAS-12.0-U3.1, I got « Reboot and select proper boot device… »
I used two different USB pendrives.
Here are my settings in the attached screenshots.
