newby fresh install uefi/bios completed successfully but won't start. Reboot and select proper boot device.

installation goes well, can select ssd disk and can start installation, after 100
% installation asks for reboot after reboot it stops. comes with the notification Reboot and select proper boot device.
if i install windows 10 or 2019 i can boot from this ssd.

who can help me with this strange problem

already tried
- boot prio
- ahci
- legacy
- bios vs uefi
- etc

Are your disk drives behind an HBA LSI card by any chance?
