[Solved] Plugin system need ZFS?

Hi all!

I was searching for the bittorent plugin for FreeNAS 8 but discover plugins was not supported yet.

This is not a problem for me. I can wait for it. :)

But there is my problem: I won't to use ZFS (not enough RAM) but UFS instead. And, watching this video:

I have the impression plugin system need ZFS to work.

I just would like to be sure about this. In such case this could be a problem for me... :(

As of the upcoming beta4, UFS is supported as well.

Use a small USB pendrive in ZFS format for plugins.

Nice idea, but a jail is equivalent to a full OS and the IO will kill it fast. That's why FreeNAS only boots flash and loads to RAM disk to run.
