Plex server website timeout

dear community,

I installed the plex plugin and tried to access it with the jails IP but I receive the message: Website took too long to respond.

I already tried to ping my jail which worked. I also tried to ping my router from my jail which worked

the plex service is up and running

any suggestions?

Unless you changed the config, Plex runs on http over port 32400 instead of the standard port 80....

The url you want is: http://<ip of jail>:32400/web/
