Plex Plugin 1.21 will not install after upgrade

I recently upgraded from freenas 11.1 to truenas 12.0, I had the original Plex plugin installed and work in ver 11.1 but once I upgraded it was not there anymore so I started to install the new plugin on truenas ver 12.0 but for some reason it will not install it gives me this error. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

Will you please tell what options you are using for the jail creation and such? Ive spun up a plex plugin just now with vanilla settings (jailname, DHCP) and it installed and runs fine. This clearly says to check your network so its likely you havent input some settings correctly possibly.

I have it working now, it was a network issue on my side. Thanks for all the help
