Nextcloud broken after 11 to 12.0 upgrade

I just upgraded from 11.? to 12.0 and TrueNAS core is working but my nextcloud plugin doesn't show as installed and there is no jail shown. From the console I can see that the jail is still there but I have no idea how to start it and get nextcloud back. Any help really appreciated.

iocage start <jailname>

OK I ran them but nothing is found

Listing the jails folder shows its there but I think its using the old(?) warden style?

Yes. Warden style jails have been deprecated for quite some time and are not supported in 12.0. You should have done a migration while still running 11.3.
