Hello, I am currently going absolutely crazy with a problem i have my plex installation on my truenas server. I can't seem to find anyone that has the same problem I do.
Basically, Plex generates this error :
"[Req#2c78] Error creating directory "/Plex Media Server/Metadata/Movies/0/166ef3cfe1dba467b2173eb7686d46fd3f5942a.bundle/Contents/_combined/posters": Permission denied"
It happens everytime i try to change a poster on a movie or the background. The error is solved though if i ssh into the server and create it this directory myself. (Though it is long and pretty annoying to do). It is also very annoying as an error similar to this happens when i use the "optimize" feature, but there i can't do anything about it as it cannot create the file to optimize the movie :(.
The error when i try to optimize :
"[Req#2eea] IsDirWritable: directory '"/media/FilmsPrincipal/Plex Versions/Optimized for TV"' is not writable"
I would love for more experienced truenas users to help me...
