Plex not adding media metadata anymore

A few weeks ago my Plex plugin stopped adding metadata to my files. So, no images, no movie or show titles, just the file name. I can't even seem to manually add the metada through "Fix Incorrect Match". It just says "No Matches Found."

How do I get it to start adding metadata again? I am running Plex version 0.9.9.13 and FreeNAS version 9.2.1.6.

I'd ask the Plex forums. That sounds like a Plex issue and that's not something you'll likely get answered here.

Not sure how complicated your plex set up is. But I'd want to make sure my jail could ping or reach the appropriate metadata servers. Could be a networking thing? I'd likely try a clean install or an install from ports if it was giving me trouble. After those basics, it's on to the plex forums for help.
