plex issue

first of all everything was running great, then I switched out my router . now I cannot start the plug-in. I uninstalled the plug-in and then re-installed it. added all the files again, still will not start. any help will be welcomed. still kinda a noob ,but trying hard to learn.

I think the reason there have been so may views yet no answers is because switching out your router should have no affect on Plex starting. Also you have not provided any data to help troubleshoot. Read the forum rules, add the content requested and hopefully someone will give you some assistance, although my only thought was it must be an IP Address conflict issue. If you don't know what that is then you really need to do some research.

My guess is the gateway ip changed or you are using a different subnet with the new router. Fix the jail configuration to match your new network configuration
