Permission changed after server restart

hello
i have a problem with permission of a dataset. this dataset is used by Plex (official).
after restart, plex is not updating the library.
befoure i set the acl permissions, app working fine

Is there a specific reason to use ACL?

I would just re-do it without ACL.
