It helps when you are trying to figure out why something doesn't work.
Do the drives all show up in the system BIOS?

Yes they do , the drive is working normally because it had a windows os installed on it and it still does , maybe this is a problem? do i have to format the ssd?

I went to the Gigabyte site and looked at the spec for that board: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-P55A-UD4-rev-20#sp
It has a lot of components that are not compatible with BSD Unix an I would have to guess that the SSD is plugged into a controller that has not BSD driver.
If you want to just run it to get a feel for FreeNAS, this might be fine but if you really want to have a NAS, you should have a look at the hardware suggestions that we have here:
https://forums.freenas.org/index.php?resources/hardware-recommendations-guide.12/
and here:

You could try plugging the SSD into one of the other ports. There are 6 ports that appear to be controlled by the Intel Chipset, two more that are Marvell 91228 and two more that are a JMB362 chip. I can't say with certainty which ones will be recognized, but the Intel port should work.
From the illustration, it looks like those will be light blue on the front edge of the system board.
