I have both official and truecharts catalogs, even though I click refresh all and they apparently sync nothing shows in my Available Applications tab. I have checked any I do have access to the internet with it so I'm kinda confused on why this is happening

Perhaps a couple of screenshots will give people a clue... how do you know the catalogs have synced?
Check to make sure IP networking and DNS are working fine

The TrueCharts catalog can take a long time to be available. Depending on your hardware, maybe 30 minutes after boot. I'd suggest being patient to see. If apps still aren't available, I'd remove the TrueCharts catalog and see if the iX catalog will load.

Similar issues here.

TRying to istall apps I know are on the truecharts repository but not showing up under an apps search.

The server had a reboot and it showed no apps installed at all, so manually rebooted (which took about 20 minutes or so as it seemed to re-import the zfs pools in the process) then it took a while to start up the apps service.

After a few mins it finally showed the apps I know I have installed, but still does not show the app I was installing (got partially through) when the server did its initial restart last night.

I guess just wait?
