SOLVED Cannot load any catalog due to TLS error ?

I've been having an issue where I simply cannot have any catalog show up on one of my servers (Charlie) with this error:

Failed to sync OFFICIAL catalog: [EFAULT] Failed to clone 'https://github.com/truenas/charts.git' repository at '/mnt/Storage1 RAID-5/ix-applications/catalogs/github_com_truenas_charts_git_master' destination: Cmd('git') failed due to: exit code(128) cmdline: git clone -v https://github.com/truenas/charts.git /mnt/Storage1 RAID-5/ix-applications/catalogs/github_com_truenas_charts_git_master stderr: 'Cloning into '/mnt/Storage1 RAID-5/ix-applications/catalogs/github_com_truenas_charts_git_master'... fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/truenas/charts.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: An unexpected TLS packet was received. '

I have no idea why is it doing this. It only started doing that after my roommate accidently tripped the breaker where my servers were plugged. As said earlier only one of the 3 servers are affected somehow.

Somehow it cannot ping github.com. Thing is, both my other servers and my main PC are connected to the same network switch (which is connected to the same router) and they can ping it.

Note: Charlie can't ping github.com but pinging my personnal website via it's DNS address or pinging youtube.com works for some reason ?

Update: I have restarted my router + network switch and it temporarily fixed the issue.

However, as soon as the server rebooted the issue came back.

Issue disappeared on it's own. I have no idea what caused it but it doesn't do this anymore.
