openmediavault has no issue with my realtek btw so issue reesolved by not using Truenas

As long as you are fine with it. None forces you to use TrueNAS and write here, but you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Yup, but we still can't use any hardware we want and make TrueNAS work on it. That was what I wanted to convey.
