BUILD NEW BUILD help please, psu watts and advice

Case: fractal design r5 or r4(which one?)
Mobo: X10SLL-F-O
CPU: Xeon E3-1231V3
Memory: Crucial 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Unbuffered DDR3L 1600 (PC3L 12800) Server Memory Model CT2KIT102472BD160B
Two pairs of 16 for 32GB
PSU: How Many Watts? recommand brand? 80 Plus Gold rating right?
Hard Drives: RaidZ2, 4TBx4 or Raidz 4tbx3 drives, bought from different vendors, amazon, newegg etc

OS: USB drive for FreeNas, or should i go with a small SSD?

I would like any advice and recommendations on anything.
How many watts for PSU though, is the big one. And what rating?
For the memory, should I spend extra for the supermicro's tested memory (samsung MEM-DR380L-SL01-EU16)?

This NAS for backup/storage of photos/videos, music, code, documents.
I will also install plugins , VMs, jails too.
Its for a home/personal stuff.

Use Raidz2

Look into Skylake X11 boards. This will get you 8 drives off the board and 64GB ram and DDR4.
