Need to change my back up files from Read Only

I am running the laterst version of FreeNas and have approximately 1TB of movies on the server.
I have in addition a 4TB hard drive that I connect into a primary workstation so that I can back up the movies to a remote location. I use a program called "FreeFileSync" to do this, I now wanted to update the back up
and I receive the following error message "Cannot open directory "H:\Movies\47 Ronin (2013)"
Error Code 5: Access is denied. (openDir).
I am confused by this as the file is not open?
I am using Windows 7 on the workstation that has the Back-Up Disk.

I have spent hours working on this and I am missing something some where, thoughts?

I have found the solution, it was a Windows permission and sharing issue!
