Hi, first of all, I don't know if I am posting this on the right forum, and I would like to apologize for my sketchy explanations, English is not my main language.
Also, I know that I did things all the wrong way, I am just here seeking for help.
Here is my problem :
I needed to change 5 500gb drives that were in raidz1. However, I didn't have enough drive bays for that, so I just disconnected then replaced disks one by one by my new drives. It kinda worked, but at the end, after the last resilvering, I realized the pool didn't take up the spare storage I added, so basically my pool was still the same size, and the disks were suffering a lot of checksum errors. All my data was in them still, so I just saved what was important and remade a new pool, which worked perfecty.
The problem is, I forgot to save one file, that I need, so I tried to plug the five old disks onto a pc I had lying around, to import the old pool and get this file back. When I tried to import the pool on ubuntu, I realized an other thing : Because I changed my disks and resilvered one by one, every disk has a different version of his mates UUIDs, so the pool cannot be imported.
All this leads to my question : Is there a way to modify each disk's "list of mates", so I can tell them to work all together again as a raidz1 array for me to get my file back.
Thanks for reading,
Every bit of help is appreciated
