My FreeNAS sucks! Slow speed, confused on what to do.

It's rare that I'd seriously consider buying directly from the manufacturer--but late last year, their price on the Cloud Key Gen2+ was $100 less than Amazon's, and the cameras were cheaper there too. Even without free shipping, it made for a compelling argument.
