Migrating data from Synology

As understand it is impossible just to transfer hdds from Synology to TN since different raid systems

Can I import data from Synology Hyperbackup to TN?
I used the cloud for hyperbackup and wonder if it can be used on TN Scale ...

I don't think so, not directly at the very least.
It looks like propietary software.

Apparently, there is an option from Synology -Hyperbackupexplorer which you can use to transfer the backup
I have not used though - TrueNAS was lagging big time on my old Xeon w/16GB RAM. Im trying my luck with Proxmax now..

In case somebody else will be in similar situation: I manage to pull up hyperbackup from the storage into xpenology vm and restored my data that way
