Good morning,
Can someone explain me why the memory of my system is inactive for a big part of it ?
Is this normal ? Are 16 Go RAM enough ?
What is the command to check memory usage ?

Thank you.

That part of the memory is probably used for ARC (disc cache). htop does not show it, top does.
You can also check the memory usage with the GUI: Reporting->Memory.

So most of your memory is used for ARC, as it should be. Approx 1/2 gig free.

Someone told me that might be the cause of all the random freezing of the NAS. What do you think about it ?

I highly doubt that.
As you are using a Ryzen, you should check this:
Apart from that, if you ask for help on freezes, you should give more info on your hardware as required by forum rules.
