Mellanox QSFP 40Gb No carrier

Hello All,
We have a storage(FreeNAS-11.2-U4.1) with dual ports network Mellanox ConnectX 3 Pro MT27520 should be connected Dell Force10 S4810 , when i am connected with cables (Fiberstore) , I get error on storage console "mlx4_core0: unsupported cable detected" , what's wired that on same storage(different system FreeNAS-11.2-U2.1 ), different switch N4064F same cables type works perfect.
My question is , is it depend on the switch eventually or storage NIC or both?, what can such different behavior on both systems, is there a way to override this ?

unsupported cable detected

The error indicated the problem is the cable between the NIC and the switch.
