FreeNAS booting process stops at EFI

If I unplug the Drives it boots normally

I have the exact same card in my system and it works very well. However, I've never tried to boot from it. My (mirrored) SSD boot drives are attached directly to the SATA ports on my MB.

Can you tell us more about your boot medium? What version of FreeNAS are you trying to use? How did you create the boot medium? Since your screen shot shows 8 WD 4TB drives I can but assume you use those as your pool, so where and what is (are) your boot drive(s) and how are they connected to the machine? Please provide full hardware details as per the forum rules.

Boot Medium : USB Drive
FreeNAS Version : 11.2 - U4
Created Through Flashing USB Drive
My Boot Drives are through USB - 16 GB Cruzer Blade

Motherboard : Supermicro Motherboard uATX DDR3 1600 LGA 1150 MBD-X10SLH-F-O
Memory: Crucial 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR3L 1600MT/s (PC3-12800) DR x8 ECC UDIMM 240-Pin Server Memory CT2KIT102472BD160B
Processor:Intel Xeon E3-1230V3 Haswell, 3.3GHz, 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1150, 80W Quad-Core Server Processor BX80646E31230V3

The issue is one of 8 WD 4TB is the culprit, when i disconnect it it boots up normally

Thanks @colmconn
