Keyboard required? Or am I missing something?

Probably a terrible n00b question...but is a keyboard required or am I missing a setting somewhere?
It seems that my reboots fail unless I have a physical keyboard plugged into my server running 9.3

I was under the assumption that I could run this headless (no monitor), which I can...but also assumed that included keyboard and monitor, not just monitor.

Is this normal behavior or am I doing something wrong that my GUI reboots stop at a (I think) double beep unless I have a keyboard plugged in.

Shouldn't need a keyboard for freenas. Maybe your hardware or bios need it?

Sounds like you don't have a server motherboard.

Set your BIOS to "Halt on all errors but keyboard"
