Jellyfin skips setup and goes to "select a server"

Upon creating a Jellyfin container from the TrueNAS app library and opening going to the Jellyfin URL, rather than a setup screen it takes me to a server select screen with a single server (and when you click connect on that server it says failed to connect)

I couldn't find anybody else with this issue... I have completely deleted the datasets that it used for config, cache, and transcodes (but not media as I don't believe that effects anything).

I previously had a Jellyfin instance on this server that had a setup screen and was working, but after deleting that container and trying to create a new one, it no longer takes me to the setup screen.

An install on my system (community catalog) gives me a Welcome screen that looks like the beginning of a setup process. No mention of selecting a server.

Looks like you haven't cleaned up the old install completely.

I set all the directories to be in completely new datasets... That is my first thought as well but in that case, where is that data at? How do I delete it?
