Is it possible to offline update a Mini E (circa 2020) to TruNas

Is it possible to offline update a Mini E (circa 2020) to TruNas? I think the FreeNAS version that it came with from IX Systems was 11.3.

This FreeNAS server is not connected to the Internet. It's connected over a closed network to a 2016 Windows server.

Is it possible that I could download the updated software, copy it over and do the update (not connected to the Internet)?

Sure, either update from install media or use the update package with the WebGUI.
