Until now, I have been happily using the IPv6 Autoconfigure checkbox for all my jails, and the jails were given a SLAAC-generated address --I had previously generated MAC addresses for each jail, to ensure consistency and determinism.
Now that I have updated to FreeNAS 11.2 I have been advised to use new UI for jails. I was starting to migrate and haven't found the IPv6 Autoconfigure. Is the feature there? Did I miss something in the steps? I can do the manual configuration, but I want to avoid hardcoding the full IP address --given that I may change the IPv6 prefix in the near future. The previous "Autoconfigure" configuration suited my needs and I was used to it.
