Introducing the new TrueNAS CLI

Therefore it would be nice if we could manage TrueNAS Core from the CLI.

For the moment, we can partially manage TrueNAS Core from the CLI

• storage with the zfs command, typically to set quota or to manage snapshots
• jails with the iocage command

The focus is on getting SCALE to support the CLI well... then SCALE will provide almost all the same services.
Jails is the big gap at the moment.

It sounds interesting to help make a CLI interface that is both generational stable, and yet full featured. But, I have the dreaded FBS, which became quite noticeable end of 2020. Too much lock down and working from home. (And maybe a mild case of COVID-19...) Fried Brain Syndrome does allow me to keep my current job, because I was at it for 2 years before it set in. I do hope their is a cure for FBS .

I don't want this for SCALE, I want it for CORE instead. Or better yet, for both.
