Internet/Host Access

Hi,

I upgraded to FreeNAS 11 and trying to create a new bhyve box. I got new windows server 2016 just fine but I have trouble to get internet access from it (or local gateway network).
I didn't do anything fancy about installation setup, everything is pretty much by default. In VM's settings I have "Intel e82545 (e1000)" as adapter type and inside guest system all network is set to "obtain automatically".
I'm sure I'm missing an elephant in the room and need some hints. Thanks a lot!

Guys, never mind internet appeared after guest reboot. I wish I do it earlier. Thanks!

If you have any issues with instability, many people have found with windows VMs using the VirtIO adapter fixes it. Set your FreeNAS adapter as VirtIO and inside Windows install the driver located here
