Installation And swap from previous installation

Hi

I had fnas7 installed to hdd, and now i installed fnas8 to usb stick. My question is that does fnas8 installation search local hdd´s fom existing swap partition since my fstab has that old swap partition mentioned.
Or does fnas8 web gui and "auto import volumes" add it ?
