Import Issue?

I have imported a volume from FN7 and I cannot see this after creating a windows share. Status indicates "Unknown" when viewing volumes. I see the volume I created with my new drives so I am lost. There appears to be data on the drive as it shows disk space usage. Does anyone have any ideas? Is FN8 primetime or should I go back to FN7?
