if I have 2 Ethernet Can I Use eth01 for local access only and eth02 for google drive snyc only ?

Yes.

But, their are gotchas in regards to sub-netting and routing. Not saying you need to be a network engineer, but most people asking the question you did, generally need more help implementing such a configuration.
