How to restore files from recycle bin based on deletion date.

I have some files in my CIFS share recycle bin that I want to restore, but there are A LOT of files in the recycle bin folder. My goal is to restore only the files that I recycled on 02/18/2014. Is there a way I can do that?

If atime is disabled, and if you don't have snapshots so you can compare, then no.
