Recycle bin not working

All,
I'm trying to enable the recycle bin to no avail. I've enabled both option of Export Recycle Bin and Show Hidden Files. Rebooted the NAS and have tried creating a new file and delete it. Yet no .recycle folder appears in the root folder of the CIFS share. Running testparm this is what I get on the share itself.

No I haven't resolved it, still have the issue and given the lack of feedback it looks like no one knows how to fix it unfortunately.
