How to prevent a user from deleting and viewing other user's files, android?

I use samba.
In windows if i mount network xyz user directory i can't see what is in tom directory.
But on android if i use xiaomi file manager and use remote net login as tom i can see all file (tom and xyz), can read all, can delete all.

How fix this?

Use the ACL manager to set permissions that don't grant "tom" access to everything.

Yes I made a mistake and added xyz in others all checkbox.
