How to allow users change his password?

How can I allow users in my LAN, change his password? without using FreeNAS admin panel, using admin password?

Thanks, that is good to know. I have been using Linux and Unix for a long time and passwd has been on almost every version that I have ever touched so I just assumed. Weird that passwd was left out, for space reasons I would guess.
