How do I restrict users accessing sub-folder in windows

I have a Parent folder, MainFolder, which has a everyone share. It has various sub-folders which are accessed by users without any restrictions. I wish to add restrictions to the Sub-folder, where users should be also not able to read the contents inside it.

How can I do this?
