Set permissions for sub folders

Hello at all!

i am sorry for my bad english, i am from Austria.

So my Active NAS Strukture is a Ubuntu server witch samba.
There ist a Share strukture:

NAS
|--------> Filme
|--------> Musik
|-------> Programme

usw...

So i have 2 Users.
The first user is mediaserver.
This user is working on a Windows 10 and should have full permissions at NAS and the sub Folders.

The second user is "stream".
This user should have only read permissions at the Folder Filme, and Musik.
This are Libreelec client devices.

Can you say me how to set that up?
