How do I replace a drive?

I have FreeNAS 9.2.1.8 with 5 drives running as Z2 (raid6), and just noticed the indicator that the zpool is degraded.

Can someone point me to a friendly step-by-step and/or offer best advice on how to determine which drive needs replacing and then doing so?

Have you tried the manual? Specifically, section 6.3.12.
