Hi there. I'm a bio guy, so a lot of this is super new to me. Mainly signed up because of the 11.1 upgrade causing some craziness, but the posts have provided a TON of help getting me set up. Now I'm biting myself for not doing enough for a complete rollback before upgrade. Live and Learn and build redundant backup system for the sole purpose of upgrading my production box. Got it.

Welcome. Unless you formatted the boot device when you installed it you should be able to roll back to a previous installation in the boot menu.

Aho. Interesting. I'll take a look. Already rebuilt the jail that was acting up (Plex. Oddly, my Wordpress jail is fine). Decided to muddle through the fixes. I just need to figure out why my some of my datasets aren't displaying in the Volume browser. They are accessible, both from jails and from the SMB share, but I cannot access them via web GUI to change permissions. Thank you Thank you.
