Hello.
I use TrueNAS-13.0-U6.1

I followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R-5jbDTCsOE
and created two datasets, two users, each user has its own group.
I assigned users and groups to respective datasets and created two SMB shares.
Everthing works great except they can see each others datasets and read files in it.
I don't want this.

I found this thread: https://www.truenas.com/community/threads/hide-dataset-from-non-permitted-user.28684/
It is very old and I am not sure if it is still relevant.

How can I prevent users to see each others files?

er. change the owner and permissions for the dataset. if they dont have read permissions, they arent going to be able to read it.
simply open the permissions settings for the dataset you want to change from the storage page...
